Tripat Mangat, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Tripat has 25 years civil engineering experience. Over 2 million people are supplied with water through systems designed under his leadership. As Managing Partner of Mangat, I.B Patel and Partners a Civil Engineering Consultancy providing services to Mutli-Lateral financing agencies such as the World Bank, The KfW (German Aid Bank) and JICA (Japenese International Cooperation Agency). the practice increased its revenue more than tenfold and grew from a two person partnership handling capital improvement projects for small municipalities, to a leading consultancy working as prime consultant on high value, internationally bid design projects for water resource management, housing and industrial development. Tripat holds various patents for Autonomous Flow Control Valves. He earned a BSc (with honors) in Civil Engineering and Economics from the University of Dundee (UK) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineers UK.
Manny Rossell, Chief Operating Officer
Manny has more than 25 years of executive and managerial experience in technology manufacturing, and co-founded two manufacturing and fabrication companies that generated tens of millions of dollars in annual sales. Prior to joining WRM, Manny was vice president, general manager and co-founder of Merit Sensor Systems, and also co-founded I.C. Sensors Inc. and served as that company’s vice president of operations. He also holds a granted patent # 5581038 - December 1996 – “Pressure measurement - Flip chip sensor”, and a pending patent “Ink Jet Nozzle” - High Resolution printers. Bill Stull, Principal Engineer — Embedded Systems
Bill has spent more than 30 years in electronic systems design with projects ranging from telemetry to embedded systems design. He is an expert in computer automation and robotics and has developed control systems for many types of semiconductor equipment and test instrumentation. He was founding president of Optical Diodes, Inc., a III-IV semiconductor house specializing in LED displays. He also founded Consultronix Systems Corp., a telecommunications company, and was Vice President and General Manager of Deltron Electronics, a transistor and integrated circuit assembly facility. For the past 25 years, Bill has been General Manager of Consultronix International, providing design and engineering services for the Semiconductor, MEMS and Microelectronics industries. He has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and has done additional post-grad studies in integrated circuit manufacturing and circuit design.
Dean Hopkins, Principal Engineer — Sensors
Dean has worked in the technology design field for more than 20 years. Prior to joining the WRM team, Dean worked at FreeMetal Devices, and was also a consultant for Lilliputian Systems. Dean has also held senior roles at WaferGen, Parallel Synthesis Technologies, and Redwood MicroSystems. He holds several patents for microvalves, and has patents pending for several fabricating methods.
Gary McDaniel, Principal Engineer — Manufacturing
Gary has more that 20 years experience in engineering design, specifically in the fields of modeling, and mechanical tools for both the electronic and health care industry. Working with state of the art materials, he has designed and built tooling to increase production of existing parts which lowered production time by 75%. Prior to WRM, Gary worked for Powrtech Corp, Cress Research, Metering Technology Corp and Elements Manufacturing Inc.
